California Trip! - Part 3 - Fun Family Times

The same night we landed in Los Angeles, we drove to my great aunt & uncle's beautiful house, about 1.5  hours east. We arrived that evening, had a nice dinner, chatted, and went to bed.

The next morning, we found that Eeott, Papa, & Auntie Sharon had arrived late the night before. The main reason for all of us coming down to So. Cal was because Pammy's (my great grandma) funeral service was going to be held there the following Monday.

We had a nice (and relaxing!) day visiting with everyone in the beautiful warm sunshine.

After awhile, some of us drove down to Abby's house to see her pet pig, named Miley. :)

Jeremiah taught Soren how to catch lizards...and soon he caught one!

We had a great evening together. Some of us took a dip in Uncle Don & Aunt Stella's hot tub after dinner.  We enjoyed visiting and Aunt Stella surprised us with ice cream sundaes! Yum!

The next morning, we all got ready for Pammy's service.  It was a beautiful sunny day and the pastor did a wonderful job.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."
John 3:16
